Employa Technologies built the BhudevNetwork Vivah app as a Freemium app.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

You must provide us valid , authentic and correct information about the registered candidate. If fake or wrong information is received, we will take legal action against candidate and the one who registered Profiles.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Services : Services will be provided ass per Plan stated only. During Plan Purchase , customer is responsible to get all clarification about Services. If Customer asks or requests for Contact Details of Candidate that are not matching the Customer Profile or the Candidate's Criteria Set , then our Staff reserves the right to DENY the sharing of Contact Details of the Candidate to the Customer. If the activities of the Customer requesting the Biodata Contacts is found to be doubtful or non-compliant with our internal policies, processes or ethics , then also our Staff or Organization reserves the right to DENY the sharing of Candidate Details to the Customer requesting the Contact Details of the Candidate.

If there is any dispute before or after Engagement & or Marriage of the Candidate (s) through our Website & or APP , then there is no responsibility , liability or accountability whatsoever of our Organization or Office or its staff & stakeholders regarding the arising disputes between the candidates and their families. Candidate or his / her members should implement fair practice at all times. They should not take the biodata and details for any purpose other than vivah / marriage. Should not request or demand biodata that are not suitable for them from logical point of view. Should not collect the biodata for the purpose of collection and utilization for commercial or business purpose. BhudevNetwork Vivah Admin Team reserves right to give services to a particular person or NOT. If found unfair , Bhudev Network Vivah authorities can immediately stop providing services to the Person without any refund.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

(1) Membership Plan Validity is only till your Vivah. We request you to inform us to disable your account after Candidate's vivah is done.
(2) You agree to disclose and share all required information of candidate and others, as asked by our Team member during Registration and from time to time as required for us to provide you smooth and effective services
(3) You agree to provide KYC verification Documents of candidate and / or parents, like ID Proof, Photos, Biodata, or other necessary documents as asked or required by our Team members for our official records, formalities and good services. All the Documents you provide should be authentic, true and genuine.
(4) The Membership Registration Fees for Website is Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
(5) This Membership and its Services are Non-transferable to any other Person or Candidate unless mutually agreed

(7) Any New Services, if added in future, under this Membership Plan, might be Free or might be Chargeable as per the Design. And it will be informed to you.
(8) After your Candidate's Vivah or Marriage happens, It will be your Responsibility to inform our Team to Disable / Delete your Membership Profile account from our Website.
(9) For faster & better Results regarding suitable Profile search, request you to kindly follow our guidelines, attend all our Bhudev Pasandgi Mela till Vivah and as required consult your Profile Account Manager from our Team time to time.
(10) You agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions mentioned in our Website.
(11) If any kind of Dispute arises regarding any matter between your goodself and our organization or our any past or present staff or Team member, then arbitration and or jurisdiction will be carried out in accordance with and subject to the T&C and Policies of our Organization Core Comittee members decision.
(12) These T& C are changeable and alterable in future at any time, as required, by our Organization Management.
